The 112 Catalonia Emergency Call Service and Management Centre is a public entity managed by the Department of Home Affairs of the Government of Catalonia and which, therefore, shares the community objectives of the Government of Catalonia.

Our citizen service is based on the values of commitment and responsibility to society and the Catalan territory, and our model focusses on socioeconomic and technological progress without neglecting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The organisation in charge of providing this emergency calls assistance service is a public entity, the 112 Catalonia Emergency Call Service and Management Centre.

The 112 Catalonia Emergency Call Service and Management Centre centralises all emergency calls in order that any citizen may request the public services of health emergencies, firefighting and rescue, citizen safety and civil protection in emergency situations: accidents, fires, robberies, assaults, gender violence, rescues or disasters.

It provides an immediate response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It is a public service of universal, free and permanent access for all citizens from any type of telephone: landlines or mobile phones.
